Data Processing Agreement (GDPR)
1. Roles and Responsibilities under GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Mivaldi platform acts exclusively as a "Data Processor" limited to providing technical hosting services. The user (fashion model) acts as the "Data Controller" and holds sole legal responsibility for the nature, accuracy, and legality of all data and images they upload to the platform.
2. Data Protection and No-Sale Policy
Mivaldi strictly and categorically commits to user privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share models' personal data or uploaded content with any external parties or third parties for commercial, marketing, or advertising purposes.
3. Prohibition of AI Training
The use of any uploaded data for technology development is strictly prohibited. We explicitly confirm that Mivaldi does not, and will not allow any third party to, use models' images, videos, or texts to train or feed any Artificial Intelligence (AI) models or machine learning algorithms.
